Entertainment: Live Lebanese Singer Andre Ibrahim

Food & Beverage: Assigned Seated dinner of two choices, either Spicy Rubbed Chicken Breast with Broccolini, Saffron Orzo and Red Wine Demiglace OR Fresh Salmon with Pine Nuts and Maple Glaze. One glass of wine or soft drink is included; no-host bar is available as well.

Seating Assignment and Meal Choice: We had to make early meals orders to provide our guests with a meal choice, half fish and half chicken. If guests want to have seating assignment and meal choice, they have to be physically present at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Hotel during the same day of the event between 3:00 and 5:00 pm, first come first serve; otherwise they will get whatever is still available of seats and meals at the party.

Kids: Optional childcare is available at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue hotel by the Grand Ballroom for $20 per kid, including babysitter, Food, Drink and activities; payment is due at the room door All ages are welcome to attend the event at the regular ticket price

Parking: Free self parking on Saturday and valet parking costs $18
